Of Videos, Scripts, and Sweaty Shirts

Had a little outing with boardgames day committee yesterday, helped out with the videoshoot. Awesome-ly tiring work. Never realised how complicated the video-making process can be until I actually tried to film one down for them.

Angles, timing, composition, perspective, concept, crazy work, I tell you. Not to mention my first time handling a video camera.

But all this can't beat actually being in a committee for any youth related activities, I feel. All the planning, promotional videos, flyers, logistics, student saving plans(every month 10 bucks, anyone?), and of course, advertising gimmicks. Whatever happened to the simple 'sign up, pay up, and buckle up for camp'?

The bar has been raised, ladies and gentlemen.
